I am Paige Pryhocki, a dance artist and educator dedicated to creating movement that empowers. With a performance background spanning two decades and a professional choreographic practice established at age 14, I view dance as a vital language for connection and personal discovery.

A 2023 graduate of the University of Kentucky Department of Dance, I spent four impactful years with the UK Dance Ensemble, serving as Vice President (2021–2022) and President (2022–2023). My time at UK refined my artistic voice and solidified my commitment to cultivating positive, creative environments. My choreographic work—which spans collegiate, pre-professional, and academic settings—includes commissions for the UK Department of Theatre and Dance, the UK Dance Ensemble, STEPS Performing Arts Center, Lakes Community High School, and Carmel Catholic’s Orchesis Dance Company.

As an instructor at STEPS Performing Arts and Diva Dance, and a varsity head coach, I focus on mentorship. I create choreography not just to be performed, but to be inhabited; I strive to guide my students to forge a deep, confident relationship with their own movement, using art as a vehicle for comfort, peace, and self-esteem.
