Choreographic Statement
When creating work I want my dancers to feel connected to the movement and the concept of the dance. I have a passion for choreographing many styles of dance; lyrical, jazz, contemporary, modern, hip-hop, and commercial. Having so much versatility in my work makes making an overarching statement very difficult however a common theme that is true no matter what I am choreographing I always want my dancers to know why they are performing and enjoy what they are doing. Dance is an amazing art form and I am so lucky I get to share my creations with so many.
